Getting started
To open a BookiePrice account, select Open an account, provide your personal details, and complete identity verification.
Identity verification is conducted at account opening in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID (driver's licence, passport or other accepted document) and confirmation of your residential address. Additional documents may be requested where required.
Deposits and bets can be processed only after identity verification is complete. Customers must be aged 18 or over and ordinarily resident in Australia.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@bookiprice.com immediately so we can secure the account.
One account per customer. Multiple accounts may be closed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept eligible debit card payments, BPay, PayID, Apple Pay and Google Pay where linked to an eligible debit card. We do not accept cryptocurrency, credit-card transactions on consumer credit, or third-party payments. Card surcharges, if any, are disclosed at deposit time.
Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. PayID and bank transfer withdrawals are processed subject to account verification, payment checks, AML/CTF checks and business-day processing times. Card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. We do not charge withdrawal fees.
Minimum deposit is $5. Maximum single deposit defaults to $5,000 and may be lower if you have set a personal deposit limit or if we apply lower limits for responsible gambling, risk, payment or compliance reasons.
Placing bets
You can place fixed-odds bets on Australian and international sport, thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing. Available markets include head-to-head, line, totals, multis and Same Game Multis.
Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), Australian-licensed operators cannot offer live in-play sport betting through a website or app. Pre-event wagering only.
Same Game Multis are priced on dependent outcomes and are subject to leg-correlation reductions, disclosed at bet confirmation. Multi bets settle leg-by-leg; a void leg reduces the multi by that selection's odds, while remaining legs remain live.
Settlement and bet history
Markets are settled according to the official result published by the recognised governing body of the relevant sport or racing authority. Where two recognised authorities publish different results, the rules of the specific market determine which source applies.
Abandoned matches, postponed events past the published reschedule window, and disqualified runners are settled per the rules of the relevant market. The price displayed at the time of bet confirmation is the price applied, except where a palpable pricing error has occurred.
Your settled and pending bets are available in Account > Bet history. A monthly activity statement is also sent to your verified email address.
Promotional credits
Where promotional credits are made available to eligible verified customers, full terms appear with the offer and are the controlling terms for that promotion. Bonus bets must be staked in full, cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot be split unless the promotion terms state otherwise, and the bonus stake is not returned with any winnings.

Responsible gambling tools
From your account you can set a pre-commitment deposit limit, set a net-loss limit, set a session-time reminder, take a break, or self-exclude.
Decreases to a deposit limit take effect immediately. Increases and removals are subject to a 7-day cool-off period. See our deposit limits policy for full operational details.

Closing your account and self-exclusion
You can close your account at any time by signing in and selecting Account > Close account, or by emailing support@bookiprice.com from the email address registered to the account.

Complaints
Email complaints@bookiprice.com with your account ID and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days of receipt and aim to resolve them within 21 calendar days, or 45 calendar days for complex matters. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Liquor & Gaming NSW. See our complaints policy for the full process.
